Older Houston homes rarely have standard openings. A pier-and-beam floor may slope, a laundry closet may have a short vent run and a rental kitchen may have an outlet in an unusual spot. We look at the space and the connections before the appliance is set.

The work covers leveling, water supply and drain, gas line connection and leak check, the electrical feed and the dryer vent. Then we run the appliance through a cycle or a heat test to confirm it behaves.
