What Sd means

Kenmore HE5 front-load washers have model numbers that start with 110, and on them Sd tells you the control found excessive suds. When it detects foam in the middle of a cycle, the washer fills the tub and tumbles the clothes in a suds kill routine. Sd appears if that does not break up the foam. The message is about the soap in the tub and not about a failed circuit. A measured dose of HE detergent keeps it from coming back.
